Turn one won deal into a repeatable system
A won deal is not the end of the process. It is the template. Write down what happened and turn it into steps you can repeat.

Building a B2B lead generation company from a solo freelance practice into a small team with repeatable systems.
Convo Digital is the company I founded in 2021. It is a B2B lead generation and digital marketing business. We help SaaS companies, founders and agencies find the right people and start real conversations.
The work covers research and list building, cold email, LinkedIn outreach, SaaS promotion and the automation that connects them.
I started freelancing in 2017. The work was steady, but the model had a ceiling. Every project started from zero. There was no shared system, no repeatable process and no way to grow beyond the hours I could work.
I wanted to build something that could run without me doing every task by hand.
The same pattern showed up on almost every project. Clients did not need a bigger list. They needed a better list, a short message and a clear follow-up. The quality of the research mattered more than the size of the list.
That changed how we sold the work. We started with a smaller, verified list and a plan for what to do with it.
We built a simple flow: define the ideal customer, build and verify the list, write a short message, then follow up. Each step has a template and a checklist.
Automation handles the boring parts — moving data between tools, checking for duplicates, sending reminders. People handle the parts that need judgement.
n8n, Airtable, Google Sheets, LinkedIn, cold email.

I work with a small number of teams at a time. Tell me what you are building and what is in the way.

A won deal is not the end of the process. It is the template. Write down what happened and turn it into steps you can repeat.

A list without a reason to contact someone today is just names. Add a 'why now' field and your message writes itself.
