Turn one won deal into a repeatable system
A won deal is not the end of the process. It is the template. Write down what happened and turn it into steps you can repeat.

A subscription and trial reminder SaaS that tracks what people and teams pay for. In development.
Sublix is a SaaS product I am building. It is a subscription and trial reminder tool. People and teams add what they pay for, and Sublix reminds them before a trial ends or a plan renews.
Sublix is in development. It is not shipped yet. This case study describes the problem and the decisions so far, not a finished product.
Most people lose track of what they pay for. Free trials turn into paid plans. Small subscriptions renew quietly. The result is money spent on tools nobody uses any more.
The same problem shows up in teams, where nobody is sure who owns which subscription.
The stack is Next.js, TypeScript and Supabase, with PostgreSQL for data and Supabase Auth for accounts. I develop locally first and deploy when the build is stable.
I write a clear specification before building. That keeps the product coherent and lets AI coding tools work against a plan rather than a guess.
Next.js, TypeScript, Supabase, PostgreSQL.
If you are building a SaaS product, read how I approach SaaS development or see PostNow, the other product in development.
I work with a small number of teams at a time. Tell me what you are building and what is in the way.
